At Forgedrigs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase such as an order number, receipt, or invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built PCs or components that have been modified or assembled as per customer specifications.
- Digital downloads, software, or gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance items.
Exchange Process
- If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team at support@forgedrigs.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same or higher value.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@forgedrigs.co.uk with a description and photo of the issue.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
