Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Express Delivery: Get your order faster with express delivery, usually within 2-3 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for select locations and orders placed before 12 PM local time. Additional charges apply.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
- Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over 1000£.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom-built PCs and special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Delivery Locations
- We deliver to most locations within UK. If you are located in a remote area, please contact us to confirm delivery availability.
- International shipping is available for select products. Please contact us at support@forgedrigs.co.uk for more information on international delivery options.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
- You can also track your order directly through our website under the My Account section.
Delivery Delays
- While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
- If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly and provide updates as available.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- For home deliveries, our carrier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if the package needs to be re-sent.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@forgedrigs.co.uk.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
